Role Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to drive solution design and technical delivery across Salesforce implementations.

The ideal candidate should be capable of architecting solutions while remaining actively involved in development, code reviews, integration design, troubleshooting, DevOps, and technical mentoring.

This role is ideal for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead ready to step into architecture responsibilities without moving away from hands-on technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Architecture

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSC, and custom applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.
• Produce technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment plans.
• Recommend best-fit platform capabilities and design patterns.

Hands-On Development Leadership

• Perform code reviews for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Integrations.
• Develop complex components, frameworks, and proof-of-concepts when required.
• Support teams in troubleshooting critical production issues.
• Optimize application performance and governor limit consumption.
• Guide implementation of security and sharing models.

Integration & Data Architecture

• Design integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, CDC, Middleware, and APIs.
• Define data migration and data quality strategies.
• Support integration troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with external system teams for end-to-end solution delivery.

DevOps & Release Management

• Define branching and deployment strategies.
• Support CI/CD implementation using Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
• Review deployment packages and release readiness.
• Drive best practices for testing, code quality, and environment management.

Team Leadership

• Mentor developers and technical leads.
• Conduct design walkthroughs and technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Participate in effort estimation and sprint planning.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
