Job Summary:

As a Salesforce Technical Architect , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering winning Salesforce solutions for clients across North America, Europe, and APAC. You will be a trusted advisor to customers, translating complex business requirements into scalable, innovative Salesforce solutions. This role blends strategic thinking, technical expertise, and client engagement to drive business growth.

Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead the definition and design of Salesforce solutions aligned with customer business goals and enterprise IT strategy.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, etc.).
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and leverage platform innovations.

Presales Engagement

• Collaborate with Sales teams to understand client needs and craft compelling solution narratives.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with tailored proposals, estimations (Fixed Price, T&M, Fixed Capacity), and solution blueprints.
• Conduct client workshops, discovery sessions, and technical presentations.

Customer Advisory

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders including C-level executives, architects, and business leaders.
• Evangelize the Salesforce platform's capabilities and cross-cloud synergies.
• Demonstrate thought leadership in solving complex business challenges using Salesforce.

COE Collaboration

• Partner with the Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) to build reusable assets, demos, and accelerators.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, innovation initiatives, and capability development.

Skills Required:

• 12+ years of experience in IT with at least 6+ years in Salesforce solutioning and presales.
• Proven track record of architecting and presenting Salesforce solutions to enterprise clients.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data architecture, and integration patterns.
• Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds and industry domains (Healthcare, Insurance, BFSI, Travel).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect preferred).
