- Lead the end-to-end technical design and delivery of Salesforce solutions, including custom development, integrations, and platform configurations.
- Architect scalable solutions across Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) aligned with best practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data models, and solution designs.
- Develop and review Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Flows.
- Own the technical governance of the Salesforce org managing code quality, release management, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (e.g., Jitterbit), and platform events.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Manage and mitigate technical risks, proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and emerging best practices, and assess their impact on the platform.
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements within the Salesforce environment.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or senior role.
- Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong experience with Salesforce declarative tools Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata.
- Proven experience designing and building integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architecture.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), and governor limits.
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, Gearset, or similar).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Certifications (Required / Preferred)
- Required: Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect
