Role And Responsibilities
- Be part of Salesforce development team working on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Partner Portal and several integration projects
- Enforce standards by reviewing implementations – code/configuration
- Run projects independently, guide and mentor developers.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical user stories
- Be the Tech Architect & Tech Lead - Design, develop, unit test and deliver optimal solutions in Salesforce
- Follow SDLC process for the project implementation
- Create and maintain high level solution and technical design documents
- Participate in design discussions for integration and development projects
Essential Skills
- Hands on experience working on Lightning, Apex, LWC, performing code reviews
- Hands-on experience using Triggers and Async data processing
- Design and optimize solutions considering configuration vs customization, data volume
- Salesforce customization experience using flows and Lightning App Builder
- Building integrations with external systems using Rest API
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service cloud implementation.
- Configuring managed packages used in Sales, Service flows.
- Experience with formula fields, dashboards and generation of reports
- Experience working in Agile environment and following SDLC
- Requirement gathering and technical documentations
- Excel, SOQL working knowledge
