Key Responsibility:
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
Gather and define business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
Ensure seamless data flows and integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., ERP, Payment Gateway, Marketing Tools).
Develop and configure Salesforce workflows, process builders, validation rules, flows, and custom objects.
Collaborate with developers to design scalable, efficient, and high-performing solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, and APIs.
Support Salesforce security and compliance efforts, ensuring proper role-based access, permissions, and data governance.
Establish and implement best practices for change management, deployment strategies, and release management.
Drive continuous process improvements, identifying areas where automation and system enhancements can increase efficiency.
Perform impact analysis and ensure smooth implementation of new features, enhancements, and integrations.
Lead and support user training, adoption strategies, and knowledge transfer for business teams.
Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment of expectations and solutions.
