We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Transformation Manager to lead the end-to-end transformation of Salesforce across our client's organisation. This role will drive strategy, governance, and execution to ensure Salesforce supports business growth, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, owning roadmap definition, change management, and value realisation. The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE and is full time, on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the Salesforce transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Assess current Salesforce usage, architecture, and data quality, identifying gaps and optimisation opportunities
- Define future-state Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Service, Marketing, and other relevant clouds
- Ensure Salesforce is positioned as a strategic platform, not just a CRM tool
- Partner with senior business leaders to understand commercial priorities and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact between business users, IT, and external Salesforce partners
- Run workshops to capture requirements, pain points, and future-state processes
- Lead Salesforce projects from discovery through to deployment and adoption
- Manage delivery partners, system integrators, and internal resources
- Establish governance, best practices, and release management frameworks
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with data and regulatory requirements
- Drive user adoption through change management, training, and communication plans
- Define success metrics and track ROI and business impact of Salesforce initiatives
- Champion continuous improvement and ongoing optimisation
- Oversee data integrity, reporting frameworks, and dashboard strategy
- Ensure leadership has access to accurate, actionable insights
Required Experience & Skills
- 4+ years experience working with Salesforce in a transformation, programme, or senior product role
- Experience working in the UAE
- Proven experience leading Salesforce transformations in mid-to-large organisations
- Experience working across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, etc.)
- Track record of managing complex stakeholders and senior leadership
