Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sales Specialist.
  • Background in the Food & Beverage industry is a must.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1–3+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS/POS preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience conducting product demos and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations or hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and pipeline.
  • Existing network within the restaurant industry is an advantage.
  • Startup mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt, collaborate with cross-functional teams.
