Position: Salesperson - Aluminum Systems

Location: KSA - Dammam

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Salesperson with solid experience in aluminum systems, including doors, windows, facades, and curtain wall solutions. The role is responsible for driving sales, developing client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle across residential, commercial, and project-based opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within contractors, consultants, developers, and end clients.
  • Promote aluminum solutions (doors, windows, facades, curtain walls) in line with company offerings.
  • Understand client needs and requirements and recommend suitable technical and commercial solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and handover to execution teams.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering/estimation teams.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate understanding of client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to position the company effectively.
  • Coordinate internally with production, installation, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3–7+ years of sales experience in aluminum works or façade systems.
  • Solid understanding of local and international aluminum profile systems.
  • Strong knowledge of aluminum products: doors, windows, curtain wall, and façade systems.
  • Expert knowledge of glass types, specifications, and performance features.
  • Proper understanding of aluminum installation protocols and industry standards.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and understand project specifications.
  • Proven track record in B2B/project sales within construction or building materials.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
