Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Salesperson will focus on identifying prospective clients, presenting Chubb's insurance products, and matching solutions to client needs in the local market. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close new business. The role also involves supporting existing clients, addressing inquiries, coordinating with underwriting and customer service teams, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The Salesperson will be expected to meet sales targets, adhere to company policies and local regulatory requirements, and represent Chubb professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client needs and present appropriate insurance solutions.
- Proficiency in communication and presentation, including clear verbal and written skills in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage time effectively, organize a sales pipeline, and work toward defined targets with resilience and accountability.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems to track leads, activities, and client information.
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a related commercial field is preferred.
- Demonstrated customer-focused mindset and commitment to ethical, compliant sales practices.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt and engage regularly with local clients and partners.
