Our client is a leading early childhood training and consulting organization, providing internationally accredited programs and advisory services across the UAE and wider region. They are hiring for Salesperson to join their team and help us expand their impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, events, and referrals.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting presenting closing.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with nurseries, schools, corporates, and government entities.
- Conduct outside client meetings and presentations in both English and Arabic.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams on campaigns and client delivery.
- Keep sales pipeline updated in CRM , providing accurate forecasts and reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, ideally in education, training, or consulting.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) excellent spoken and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented with a successful track record.
- Valid UAE driving license role requires regular outside meetings.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Monday.com.
- Familiarity with UAE education and training regulations (a plus).
