Our SAP ABAP Associate Managers play a critical role in configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. This high-performing team operates independently, becoming subject matter experts while actively contributing to team discussions and delivering innovative solutions to address work-related challenges. Their expertise in SAP ABAP is essential for driving impactful results and aligning solutions with business needs.
Responsibilities:
Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
Leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business requirements while maintaining compatibility and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement and test application configurations to ensure they meet business objectives and quality standards.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system integrity.
Document processes and create user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application performance.
Job Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in SAP ABAP.
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.
Preferred Skills:
Advanced proficiency in application configuration and system stability management.
Intermediate proficiency in low-code platforms and APIs.
Expert proficiency in troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
