Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and implement ABAP solutions, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF).
- Work closely with functional consultants to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and optimize Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP) programs for better performance and maintainability.
- Implement SAP enhancements using user exits, BAdIs, and enhancement spots.
- Perform data migration and integration using BAPIs, IDOCs, and ALE.
- Provide technical support for SAP modules, including SD, MM, FI/CO, and HCM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP technical issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support during user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP ABAP and S/4HANA trends and technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong expertise in RICEF development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
- Hands-on experience in Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP) development.
- Solid understanding of SAP modules like SD, MM, FI/CO, and HCM.
- Knowledge of debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization techniques.
- Experience with SAP Workflow, Web Dynpro, or Fiori is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration and ABAP on HANA concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- SAP certification in ABAP is a plus.
