SAP ABAP & Fiori Consultant

Job Responsibilities

* Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP programs, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) for various SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, PS).

* Develop and enhance Fiori applications and custom UI5 applications, including OData service development, extension of standard Fiori apps, and creation of new custom Fiori apps.

* Work closely with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.

* Perform debugging and troubleshooting of existing ABAP and Fiori applications to resolve issues and optimize performance.

* Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

* Develop and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions.

* Stay current with SAP best practices, new technologies, and evolving development methodologies.

* Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.

* Proven experience in SAP Fiori development, including SAP UI5, OData services, and Fiori Launchpad configuration.

* Strong understanding of object-oriented ABAP programming.

* Experience with S/4HANA development is highly desirable.

* Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning of ABAP programs.

* Knowledge of various integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, RFC).

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* SAP certification in ABAP or Fiori development is a plus.
