Position: SAP ABAP/FIORI

Department: Design & Innovation Section

Purpose of the Job

Delivers developments according to Development standards

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop ABAP code in line with the Functional Specification Document
2. Build custom Fiori applications and backend ABAP programming
3. Follow Development Standards while creating and enhancing ABAP programs and Fiori applications.
4. Create and enhance all types of SAP forms (internal and external)
5. Review functional consultant inputs and report on known limitations, errors, and workarounds
6. Simplify the solution experience using SAP personas and SAP FIORI applications, which include transactional
7. and applications
8. Ensuring proper documentation of developed objects (Technical specification)
9. Configuration, customization, and Implementation of SAP FIORI Applications
10. Has full knowledge of workflow building procedures
11. Reporting Technical Feasibility and providing effort estimation
12. Providing inputs to support change authorization to the security team
13. Troubleshooting and analyzing live applications for further Improvements.
14. Work on service tickets requiring Fiori and ABAP
15. Unit Testing
16. Performance Tuning and Code Quality improvement to improve the Performance of the objects
17. Learn and gain knowledge following the continuous service improvement process.

Job specification

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with an IT focus is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP/FIORI Development, with very good knowledge of databases and JAVA.
• Experience in project management of major development or operations projects
