Job Description:

The Senior Analytics Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade analytical data models, semantic layers, reporting datasets, and data products that support business intelligence, operational reporting, and advanced analytics initiatives.

The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by transforming business requirements into scalable analytical solutions leveraging SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP HANA, Databricks, SAP ECC, and SAP SuccessFactors.

The position ensures data quality, consistency, governance, performance optimization, and delivery of trusted business insights across the organization.

Skills Required:

• 7–10+ years in BI, Analytics, or Data Engineering.
• 4+ years working with SAP analytical platforms.
• 3+ years working with SAP Datasphere and SAC.
• Experience in SAP HANA data modelling
• Experience integrating SAP ECC and SuccessFactors data.
• Experience with Databricks or modern cloud data platforms.
• Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.

Certifications/Licenses:

Certifications in SQL, SAP Data Sphere, Databricks, Microsoft Azure, data engineering, SAC, PBI are desirable.
