SAP Applications & Transformation Manager

We're Hiring: SAP Applications & Transformation Manager (S/4HANA)

We are looking for an experienced SAP Applications & Transformation Manager to lead the stabilization, governance, and continuous expansion of our SAP S/4HANA landscape.

This role will play a critical part in driving postgo-live operations, SAP governance, and transformation initiatives, while ensuring long-term value realization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the transition from hypercare to steady-state SAP support and ensure SLA compliance

Govern SAP vendor performance and validate service delivery

Provide in-house functional leadership across SAP PM, PS, PP, and QM modules

Own and prioritize the SAP enhancement and transformation roadmap

Lead SAP rollouts across sister companies, ensuring scalability and standardization

Drive systems integration with business platforms (GPS tracking, fuel systems, and other enterprise tools)

Establish and lead the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) and SAP key-user network

What We're Looking For

812+ years of SAP experience, including at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation

Strong expertise in SAP PM, PS, PP, and QM modules

Proven experience managing post-go-live operations and SAP vendor governance

Strong leadership across business and IT stakeholders

Analytical mindset with a strong focus on process optimization and system governance
