The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Ariba solutions while working closely with customers to ensure their needs are met. Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP Ariba solutions for customers
- Provide technical expertise and support for SAP Ariba systems
- Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting
- Document system configurations and provide training to end-users
- Stay current with new SAP Ariba features and updates
- Work with team members to ensure timely and successful project completion
Requirements
- Saudi National Only
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience with SAP Ariba solutions, with a focus on downstream automation
- Strong technical skills in SAP Ariba configuration and implementation
- Ability to work collaboratively with customers and team members
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multitasking
