Position: SAP BO Business Analyst (Arabic Speaking) BI Report Migration Project
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role Overview
The SAP BO Business Analyst will lead and support BI report migration initiatives, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP Business Objects. The role requires strong SAP BO expertise, migration experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements in Arabic and English for BI report migration.
- Analyze existing reports and dashboards, identify gaps, and define migration strategy.
- Coordinate with technical teams to migrate reports from legacy platforms to SAP BO
- Validate migrated reports for accuracy, performance, and compliance.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for Arabic-speaking end-users.
- Manage UAT and ensure successful deployment of migrated reports.
- Provide post-migration support and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare documentation and migration status reports for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7 to 8 years of experience in SAP BO/BI tools.
- Proven experience in BI report migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP BO components
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
