Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented SAP Business System Analyst with strong domain expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Vehicle Sales and Service (VSS) powered by Proaxia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning business processes with SAP solutions, supporting end-to-end automotive sales and service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and validate requirements across Sales, Procurement, and Vehicle Lifecycle domains.
- Design and document functional specifications for SAP SD, MM, and Proaxia VSS modules.
- Configure and support SAP SD processes (order-to-cash, pricing, billing, deliveries) and MM processes (procure-to-pay, inventory management).
- Support end-to-end vehicle sales, service booking, workshop management, and parts logistics using Proaxia VSS.
- Act as a functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams (developers, ABAP, BASIS).
- Participate in SAP implementation and rollout projects including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and training.
- Perform functional testing, coordinate UAT, and ensure defect resolution and documentation.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-go-live, ensuring system performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between SD, MM, FI, and VSS components.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users and key stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst working with SAP SD and MM modules.
- Proven experience in Vehicle Sales and Service processes using Proaxia VSS (preferably in an automotive dealership or OEM context).
- Strong understanding of automotive sales cycles, service operations, parts logistics, and customer management.
- Hands-on configuration and support experience in both SD and MM modules.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or rollout project in an automotive retail scenario.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Preferred/Bonus Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Exposure to Fiori apps, SAP BTP, or mobile workshop applications.
- Familiarity with SAP integration tools and processes (IDOCs, middleware, etc.).
- Knowledge of SAP Activate and or Agile/Scrum methodologies or hybrid project environments.
