Role Description SAP BW Analytics role is a full-time position focused on designing, developing, and maintaining SAP BW data models and analytics solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements, translating business processes into data structures, and building dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights. The role involves managing master data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and optimizing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. The SAP BW Analytics professional will collaborate with functional teams such as SAP FICO and other consultants to support end-to-end analytics initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance. The position also includes documenting solutions, adhering to best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of the analytics landscape.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Business Process and ability to translate business requirements into analytics and reporting solutions.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including data analysis, problem-solving, and interpretation of complex datasets.
• Consulting experience, with capability to work directly with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide recommendations.
• Experience with SAP FICO and related SAP modules, including integration with SAP BW and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Master Data management, including data governance, data quality, and maintenance in SAP environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BW, data modeling, ETL processes, and BI/analytics tools (e.g., SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
• Experience in IT services or consulting environments and familiarity with global delivery models is beneficial.
