SAP Consultant (BI/BW)

Job Objective

The IT Applications Sr. Analyst (Data & Analytics - BI/BW) is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting data and analytics solutions that enable business users to make informed and data-driven decisions. The role works with business stakeholders and IT teams to collect, transform, analyze, and visualize data from SAP and other enterprise systems while ensuring data quality, security, governance, and availability.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and develop reporting and analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data models.
• Extract and integrate data from SAP S/4HANA and other systems.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and data processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Support Power BI and other business intelligence solutions.
• Resolve reporting, data quality, and integration issues.
• Automate manual reporting processes and improve data availability.
• Provide training and support to business users.
• Maintain documentation and ensure data governance and security.
• Ensure compliance with IT and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• Power BI, SAP Analytics, or relevant certification is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• Strong experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA data is preferred.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP BW is a plus.
