We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM/CMM Functional Consultant to join one of our clients. In this role, you will design, configure, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Customer Management solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance customer engagement across sales, service, and marketing channels, ensuring smooth integration with other SAP modules and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements, analyze CRM/CMM processes, and document functional requirements.
- Configure and customize SAP CRM/CMM modules to align with business needs (UI components, partner functions, and interaction centers).
- Lead SAP CRM implementation activities including middleware setup and data migration.
- Integrate CMM with SAP S/4HANA modules (SD, MM, FI), SAP BW, and third-party systems.
- Develop test scenarios/scripts for CRM/CMM transactions and workflows; support UAT and resolve functional issues.
- Create user guides and training materials; deliver training sessions for end users and support teams.
- Provide ongoing functional support and maintenance: troubleshooting, enhancements, and coordination of patches/upgrades.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 7 years of total experience.
- Current hands-on SAP CRM experience in implementation, development, or day-to-day support (recent practical exposure is required).
- Strong alignment with the technical/functional requirements of SAP CRM/CMM, including:
CRM processes such as lead-to-order, service request management, and campaign execution
- SAP CRM configuration expertise, including middleware and Web UI
- SAP CRM certification is a plus (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – CRM).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
