Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Data & Analytics Expert with a strong background in SAP data and analytics transformation programs. The role requires strategic vision, strong technical expertise, exceptional client engagement skills, and a proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade solutions in complex environments.

The ideal candidate will bring solid experience, working across solution architecture, go-to-market (GTM) activities, delivery, and pre-sales with a focus on SAP ERP and S/4HANA transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of SAP-centric data transformation programs, collaborating closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Drive go-to-market and pre-sales initiatives, including proposal creation, solution design, and client workshops focused on SAP Data & Analytics.
• Partner with sales, delivery, and ecosystem teams to accelerate business growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level executives, shaping transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver impactful PoCs, PoVs, and thought leadership addressing client challenges and innovation opportunities.
• Work with global teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of solutions.

Skills And Experience:

• Proven leadership in SAP Data & Analytics, with expertise in solution architecture, delivery excellence, and sales enablement.
• Expertise in SAP ERP and S/4HANA transformations, with a focus on data migration, quality, and analytics modernization.
• Proven ability to sell and deliver enterprise-scale SAP data transformation programs.
• Mastery in at least two of these domains: SAP BTP/Datasphere, BW/4HANA, SAC & SAC Planning, MDG, AI-driven analytics, or Finance Transformation topics.
• Deep architectural knowledge aligned with strategic business outcomes.
• Skilled in influencing CXO-level stakeholders and shaping transformation roadmaps.
• Track record in generating leads, driving co-innovation with partners, and achieving growth targets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
