SAP EHS Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP PLM Consultant to design, implement, and configure SAP S/4HANA Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional and technical understanding of DGM (Dangerous Goods Management), SVT (Substance Volume Tracking), GLM (Global Label Management), IDOC, and WWI (Report Generation).

You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, design scalable solutions, and ensure smooth implementation aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into SAP PLM functional requirements.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA PLM modules.
• Manage Dangerous Goods, Product Safety, Label Management, and Regulatory Compliance functionalities.
• Integrate PLM with other SAP modules and external systems using IDOCs and related technologies.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle — from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality PLM solutions on time.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in SAP PLM.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of DGM, SVT, GLM, IDOC, and WWI.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA PLM implementations.
• Solid understanding of Product Safety and Compliance processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in integration with SAP EHS or other related modules.
• Knowledge of regulatory and labeling standards.
• SAP PLM certification (optional but preferred).
