SAP FICA Functional Consultant

Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP FICA Module design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support with 2-3 Full Life Cycle implementations in IS-Utilities. • Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA system is mandatory.

• Expertise in FICA configuration for Account Maintenance, Incoming & Outgoing payments, Dunning, Credit worthiness, Clearing rules, Payment processing integration, integration with billing, down payments, Instalment Plan/P2P, handling of cash security deposits, charges & returns, write-off, external cash desk, taxes, mass data, collection management, and batch jobs management. • Thorough knowledge in BRF and its use in Dunning. • Ability to develop end-to-end business processes and solve complex issues.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and FI module (GL, AR, AP, finance) with hands-on experience in integration with SAP Finance system.

• Experience in financial reconciliation. • Experience working on roles and authorizations.

• Experience in integration with online & third-party business partnerships with API/webservices.

• Experience in designing BI/BW/Fiori reports related to various FICA processes.

• Ability to design and coordinate the implementation of new solutions and projects independently in the FICA module, and provide support for more complex production issues when needed. • Understanding of other areas of CCS including Billing, Device Management (DM), and Customer Service (CMM), and integration with Sales and Distribution (SD) & Finance (FI).

• Experience with BRIM/Convergent charging and Invoicing would be an added advantage.

• Design, configure, and customize the SAP FICA module to meet business requirements.

• Integrate SAP FICA with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

• Develop and implement end-to-end business processes.

• Provide support for complex production issues and coordinate the implementation of new solutions.

• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality
