Job Summary:

We are looking for an SAP FICO & PS Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and practical knowledge of Project System. The consultant will support business operations, resolve incidents, deliver system enhancements, and work with Finance, Project, and technical teams to improve SAP processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP FI, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, bank accounting, and financial reporting.
• Configure and support SAP CO, including cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, planning, allocations, and period-end activities.
• Support SAP PS processes, including project structures, WBS elements, project budgeting, cost planning, availability control, and project settlement.
• Manage project accounting integration with Finance and Controlling, including postings, results analysis, and settlement.
• Analyze business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate development with ABAP and technical teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Support data migration, cutover, training, and documentation for SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Coordinate with business users and stakeholders across Finance, Projects.

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of SAP FICO consulting experience, including configuration and production support.
• Practical experience with SAP Project System and its integration with FI/CO.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA; implementation or rollout experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, controlling, and project accounting processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions and clear functional specifications.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with S/4HANA Private Cloud or RISE environments.
• Exposure to SAP MM,PS and SD integration with FI/CO.
• Experience with month-end automation, reporting, data migration, or workflow enhancements.
