We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team for a greenfield/brownfield SAP S/4HANA implementation project. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying financial accounting and controlling processes in alignment with S/4HANA best practices. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in SAP FICO modules and proven experience with S/4HANA implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
- Configure key FICO modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Design and map SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions to meet business needs, including use of Universal Journal and new functionalities in S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, etc.) to ensure integrated process design.
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend industry best practices for Finance transformation.
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Train users and create end-user documentation.
- Provide post-go-live support and ongoing system optimization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of SAP FICO experience with at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong knowledge of FICO processes and integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Deep understanding of Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and SAP Fiori apps for Finance.
- Good knowledge of data migration tools (e.g., LTMC, LSMW) and SAP S/4HANA data model.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP S/4HANA Certification in Finance.
- Experience with Central Finance (optional).
- Knowledge of Group Reporting and embedded analytics.
- Experience in Agile project environments.
