Location: Remote

Contract duration: 3 months extendable

Working hours: US PST hours

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experiencedSAP FICO Consultantwith10-15 yearsof expertise inProduct Costing (COPA)andFinancial Controlling (FICO). The ideal candidate should havestrong communication skillsand have successfully ledat least 3-4 end-to-end SAP implementations. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, designing and configuring SAP solutions, and ensuring smooth integration with other modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implementSAP FICO solutions with a strong focus onProduct Costing (COPA).
  • Lead and participate in3-4 full-cycle SAP implementations, fromblueprint to go-live.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understandfinancial and controlling requirementsand provide SAP-based solutions.
  • ConfigureCost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Costing (PC), and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
  • OptimizeMaterial Ledger, Actual Costing, and Cost Object Controlling.
  • Provide guidance oncost allocation, revenue recognition, and margin analysisusing SAP COPA.
  • Ensure seamless integration betweenSAP FICO and other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, PS, etc.).
  • Performunit testing, integration testing, and user training.
  • Work with technical teams to definecustom developments, enhancements, and reports.
  • Act as atrusted advisorto finance teams, ensuring best practices inSAP Controlling and Product Costing.
  • Providepost-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous system improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • 10-15 yearsofSAP FICOexperience, with deep expertise inProduct Costing (COPA).
  • At least 3-4 full-cycle SAP implementationsinmanufacturing, retail, or similar industries.
  • Strong expertise inStandard Costing, Actual Costing, and Cost Object Controlling.
  • Hands-on experience withMaterial Ledger, Cost Elements, Cost Centers, and Profit Centers.
  • Strong understanding ofFI-CO integrationwithSD, MM, PP, and PSmodules.
  • Ability to conductbusiness requirement workshopsand translate requirements intoSAP solutions.
  • Experience withSAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
