Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation projects, business process analysis, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP FICO implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP FI & CO modules based on business needs.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production deployment.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments.
• Support integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Conduct user training and prepare documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
• Minimum 2 End-to-End SAP S/4HANA Implementation projects is mandatory.

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Bank Accounting
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Product Costing
• Profitability Analysis (COPA)
• Experience in preparing and owning RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) objects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience in integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
• Ability to work independently and interact with business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
