Position Details:

Job Type: 1 year renewable long term contract with client (payroll Avensys)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Timings : Regular working hours (Saudi Arabia Time Zone)

Yrs of Exp: Min 5+ years of relevant experience, Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO/FM and FSCM Consultant with strong functional expertise and fluency in Arabic to support a key client engagement. The consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial solutions, supporting business processes, and ensuring successful implementation and support of SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP FICO, FM, and FSCM modules.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and user queries.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements for new functionalities and enhancements.
• Design, configure, and test new features in SAP FICO, FM, and FSCM.
• Ensure system integrity and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.
• Document functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and junior consultants.
• Lead and support SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), FM (Funds Management), and FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business needs.
• Support data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Communicate effectively in Arabic with client teams and end-users.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 57 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, FM, and FSCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes including GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Funds Management, and Treasury.
• Exposure to SAP MM is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• SAP certification in FICO or related modules is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO/FM and FSCM.
• Proven experience in SAP implementations and support projects.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and integration with other SAP modules.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• SAP certification in FICO or FSCM is a plus.
