Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's in Finance, or related fields.
- SAP FICO Expertise:
- FI: GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Special Ledger.
- CO: CCA, PCA, CO-PA, Product Costing, Internal Orders.
- Strong integration knowledge with SD, MM, and PP.
- Experience:
- 715 years in SAP FICO, including full-cycle implementations.
- Leadership in team/project environments.
- S/4HANA Finance experience is a major advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- RICEFW, SAP configuration, data migration, Fiori familiarity.
- Financial compliance knowledge (IFRS, GAAP), basic ABAP debugging.
- Soft Skills:
- Team leadership, communication, stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Certifications: SAP FICO and S/4HANA certifications are highly preferred.

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead FICO teams and manage resource planning and performance.
- Execute and oversee SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support.
- Design and configure FICO solutions aligned with business needs.
- Provide expert support and ensure smooth system operation.
- Optimize business processes using SAP best practices.
- Serve as main contact for FICO matters; lead communication and training.
- Ensure compliance and maintain proper documentation.
- Stay current with SAP innovations and help shape the organization's FICO roadmap.
