As an SAP Finance Associate Managerat Accenture, you will play a critical role in analyzing organizational processes and designing systems to meet business needs. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define future-state business solutions, ensuring seamless integration with technology. This role requires a subject matter expert who can collaborate with teams, facilitate workshops, and provide innovative solutions to complex problems. Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger is essential, with recommended expertise in SAP FI CO Finance.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solutions.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
Develop detailed documentation to support process design and system integration.
Utilize analytical tools to assess data and provide insights for informed decision-making.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key organizational decisions.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger and recommended expertise in SAP FI CO Finance.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of [8 years] of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger and SAP FI CO Finance.
Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger.
Strong understanding of SAP FI CO Finance and its integration with other SAP modules.
Proven experience in facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from stakeholders.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess data and provide actionable insights.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
