Job Title: SAP Fiori Associate Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP Fiori Associate Manager to lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of SAP Fiori applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5, coupled with excellent leadership and project management skills. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Lead SAP Fiori projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Technical Expertise:
Design, develop, and implement SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, OData services, and SAP Gateway.
Customize and enhance SAP Fiori applications to meet specific business requirements.
Ensure seamless integration of SAP Fiori applications with SAP backend systems.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of SAP Fiori developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to deliver successful projects.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals.
Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Quality Assurance and Best Practices:
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Perform testing and debugging of SAP Fiori applications to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP Fiori applications and related processes.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 technologies and trends.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
Drive the adoption of SAP Fiori best practices across the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of [X] years of experience in SAP Fiori development and implementation.
Strong expertise in SAPUI5, OData services, SAP Gateway, and related technologies.
Proven experience in managing SAP Fiori projects and leading development teams.

Preferred Skills:
