As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP HCM modules for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR requirements, configure the system, and ensure the successful deployment of SAP HCM solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP HCM modules
- Proficiency in SAP HCM module configuration, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll
- Experience with SAP HCM integration with other SAP modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
