- Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled **SAP HCM Consultant** to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM implementation, configuration, and support, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
#### Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP HCM modules, including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and more.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Ensure smooth integration of SAP HCM with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
- Conduct system upgrades, data migrations, and user training sessions.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, and user manuals.
#### Qualifications:
- **5+ years** of experience working with SAP HCM modules.
- Expertise in Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration.
- Proven experience in SAP HCM implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Knowledge of integration between SAP HCM and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP CO).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
#### Preferred Skills:
- SAP certification in HCM is a plus.
- Experience with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors and its integration with SAP HCM.
