We are looking for an experiencedSAPHCMTechno-Functional Consultantwith strong expertise inGerman Payrolland hands-on experience inHRSP (HR Support Package) upgrades.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both functional configuration and technical enhancements independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end implementation and support ofSAPHCMGerman Payroll
- Configure and maintain payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and PCRs
- HandleHRSP upgrades, including impact analysis, testing, and issue resolution
- Work on payroll-related enhancements, user exits, and custom developments
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide root-cause analysis
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams during upgrades and payroll runs
- Support payroll testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT)
- Ensure compliance with German statutory and legal payroll requirements
- Prepare technical and functional documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience inSAPHCMGerman Payroll
- 6+ Years of experience in SAP Payroll domain
- Techno-functional expertise(configuration + debugging)
- Hands-on experience withHRSP upgrades
- Good knowledge of:
- Payroll schemas & PCRs
- Wage types
- Time evaluation integration
- SAP Notes and OSS handling
- Experience with payroll posting and reconciliation
- Ability to debug payroll issues effectively
