Job Description

As an SAP SuccessFactors Talent & Organization Lead (Manager), you will be responsible for driving the planning, design, and implementation of solutions to optimize talent management and organizational processes. This role requires advanced expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Compensation Management, Business Process Design, and Business Process Implementation. You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring team members, and delivering impactful solutions that align with business requirements and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Implementation:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of activities within the Talent & Organization domain to enhance business function performance.
  • Ensure alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design/redesign, and organizational structure definition.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, ensure stakeholder alignment, and drive consensus.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across functions.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in talent management and organizational processes.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and feedback among team members.
  • Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key strategic decisions across multiple teams.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization:
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide innovative solutions to address challenges and improve team and organizational performance.
  • Subject Matter Expertise:
  • Act as a subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors Talent & Organization processes, offering insights and guidance to ensure successful implementation.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Compensation Management, Business Process Design, and Business Process Implementation.

  • Technical Expertise:

  • Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Compensation Management and Talent Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Process Design and Business Process Implementation.

  • Experience:

  • Proven track record in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including stakeholder engagement and project management.
  • Hands-on experience in analyzing performance metrics and driving optimization strategies.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders to business goals.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify performance gaps and implement solutions.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills to guide team members and foster collaboration.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

  • Ability to engage with multiple teams and contribute to strategic decisions across functions.
