Role Description This full-time, remote role as a SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant involves supporting clients in the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions. The consultant will analyze existing HR and payroll processes, gather requirements, and map them to best-practice system designs. Day-to-day tasks include configuring modules, managing master data, performing system testing, preparing documentation, and providing end-user training and support. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in workshops, and ongoing improvement of implemented solutions to enhance usability, compliance, and reporting. The consultant will contribute to project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR business processes and their alignment with SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, including experience in process design and optimization.
• Demonstrated analytical skills for requirements gathering, gap analysis, troubleshooting, and translating business needs into system configurations.
• Consulting experience, including stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and the ability to present solutions and recommendations clearly.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors; familiarity with SAP FICO and cross-module integration is beneficial.
• Experience with master data management, data quality, and data migration in SAP environments.
• Relevant academic background in Information Systems, Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote setup, and effective collaboration with global teams.
• Professional certifications in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors and prior experience in implementation or support projects are a plus.
