We are seeking a skilled SAP Integration Consultant specializing in SAP PI/PO and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to design, develop, and support robust enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building end-to-end interface scenarios connecting SAP and non-SAP systems using multiple protocols. This role is essential in enabling seamless data exchange across cloud and on-premise landscapes, supporting SAP S/4HANA and hybrid integration architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain integration interfaces using SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration) and SAP CPI (SAP Integration Suite)
- Implement end-to-end integration scenarios including IDoc, SOAP, REST, SFTP, OData, and other enterprise protocols
- Develop and configure iFlows in SAP CPI for cloud and hybrid integration landscapes
- Build and maintain message mappings using Graphical Mapping, XSLT, and Java mapping techniques
- Work with ESR (Enterprise Services Repository) and Integration Directory (ID) in SAP PI/PO
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration scenarios for performance and reliability
- Integrate SAP S/4HANA with cloud platforms and third-party applications
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements and define solution architecture
- Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance integration design following SAP best practices
- Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
- Provide documentation, technical specifications, and post-go-live support
- Resolve production issues and ensure timely incident management for integration flows
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI (Integration Suite)
- Strong knowledge of integration protocols including IDoc, XML, Web Services, REST, SOAP, and APIs
- Hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO components such as ESR, Integration Directory, and mappings
- Experience developing CPI iFlows and working with cloud-based integration scenarios
- Proven experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with cloud and third-party applications
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware concepts
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

- SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Integration Suite (C_ARI1_2402 or latest version)
Optional Certifications:
- SAP Certified Development Associate – Process Orchestration
- SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP NetWeaver PI
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with SAP API Management and Event Mesh
- Knowledge of security concepts such as OAuth, SAML, and certificate-based authentication
- Familiarity with DevOps practices for integration lifecycle management
- Experience with monitoring tools such as SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies
- Understanding of error handling, retries, and message assurance mechanisms in integration flows
