SAP IS-Auto DBM / VSS Techno-Functional Consultant (Automotive)
About the role
- Hands-on SAP IS-Auto DBM / VSS role supporting large-scale automotive dealership operations
- Work within a leading regional conglomerate operating multi-brand, multi-site automotive businesses
- Focus across vehicle sales, service, parts, and finance integration
- Own configuration, enhancements, integrations, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support
- Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams (techno-functional)
This role will only suit candidates who have
- Strong hands-on SAP IS-Auto DBM experience
- VSS (Proaxia / Vehicle Sales System) exposure across BOTH sales & service
- Automotive dealership / auto retail background (not manufacturing-only)
- Techno-functional depth: configuration, enhancements, debugging, integration (FI/MM/SD)
- Experience supporting large dealer groups / enterprise automotive environments
- Ability to independently own DBM/VSS workstreams (not PM-only, not business-only)
Will NOT be a fit for
- Junior SAP profiles (<5 years)
- Pure functional or pure project management roles
- Automotive business/operations profiles without hands-on SAP
- Manufacturing-focused SAP consultants
