Create, update, and maintain master data in SAP, including materials, vendors, customers, Bills of Materials (BoMs), GTINs, and Production Versions, while ensuring data is accurate and complete.
Follow company procedures (SOPs) and data governance guidelines to maintain high-quality master data.
Review and validate data to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information before processing.
Work closely with different departments to complete master data requests on time.
Prepare and maintain business documents, templates, reports, work instructions, and professional email communications.
Support data quality and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve data accuracy and business processes.
Keep master data records up to date and ensure all required approvals and supporting documents are completed.
Review Bills of Materials (BoMs) to ensure material quantities and costing-related information are correct before release, coordinating with the relevant teams whenever updates are needed.
Create and maintain GTIN codes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Commerce / Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates or a 1-2 years experience in Master Data Management, Regulatory affairs, Supply Chain, ERP systems, Data Analysis, or a related business function.
Very good command of English, both written and verbal.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare professional business emails and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data validation, sorting, filtering, PivotTables, Lookup functions (VLOOKUP), and basic data analysis.
Good knowledge of Basic excel power query and/or Power Bi is preferred.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word for preparing SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and business documentation.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet agreed service levels and deadlines.
