Job Description:

SAP Business Analyst with strong expertise in the PR-to-PO process. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, and delivery support across procurement workflows, ensuring seamless integration between requisition and purchase order management. Exposure to AI-enabled use cases, process automation, or digital transformation initiatives will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

PR Creation: Analyze and support creation of purchase requisitions, including handling different PR types.

Approval Workflow: Design and validate approval processes for requisitions and purchase orders.

GL/Account Assignment: Ensure accurate financial postings through proper account assignments.

Master Data Management: Validate material/service master data and vendor information.

Cost Center & Budget Validation: Support compliance with budgetary controls and cost center allocations.

Contract/FWA References: Integrate requisitions with framework agreements and contracts.

Rejection Reasons: Document and analyze rejection scenarios to improve process efficiency.

PO Conversion: Facilitate seamless conversion of PRs into purchase orders.

Digital Transformation: Contribute to automation initiatives and AI-enabled procurement solutions.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a SAP Business Analyst with specialization in procurement processes.

Strong knowledge of PR-to-PO lifecycle including requisition creation, approval workflows, and PO conversion.

Hands-on expertise in GL/account assignment, vendor validation, and budget controls.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to identify and resolve process gaps.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
