Job Title: SAP MM Procurement Senior Analyst - Sourcing, Contract, Downstream Execution
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP MM Procurement Senior Analyst to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing procurement processes, including sourcing, contract management, and downstream execution, using SAP MM (Materials Management) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of procurement workflows, SAP MM functionalities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and effective procurement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage procurement processes, including sourcing, contract management, and downstream execution, within the SAP MM module.
Configure and customize SAP MM functionalities to meet business requirements for procurement and materials management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for sourcing and procurement processes.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Manage supplier relationships, including vendor evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Provide support for contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts.
Monitor and manage downstream procurement activities, including purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice verification.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MM procurement processes.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP MM functionalities.
Stay updated with the latest SAP MM features, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SAP MM Consultant or Procurement Analyst with expertise in sourcing, contract management, and downstream execution.
Strong knowledge of SAP MM module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP FI/CO).
Experience in procurement processes, including supplier management, contract lifecycle management, and purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes.
Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing procurement workflows and processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its procurement functionalities.
Knowledge of e-procurement tools and platforms.
Certification in SAP MM or related modules is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
