Key Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration and support for core SD components: pricing, sales order processing, delivery, billing, credit management, and output management.
- Manage end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) processes ensuring alignment with business workflows.
- Work with business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and prepare functional specifications for enhancements.
- Troubleshoot SD & MM -related issues and provide postgo-live support.
- Configure and support procurement processes such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, RFQs, release strategies, GR/IR, and invoice verification.
- Manage inventory management, stock movement, material master, batch management, and MRP-based procurement.
- Support end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle and optimize procurement workflows.
- Ensure seamless integration with FI, EAM, PP, and WM/EWM (if applicable).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and MM modules (configuration + support).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC and P2P cycles, including industry best practices.
- Experience in integration with FI/CO, PP, EAM and WM.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA (Fiori apps, business partners, new pricing engine, etc.) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capability, and ability to work independently.
- Experience in leading cross-functional workshops and interacting with senior stakeholders.
- At least 3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects in SD and/or MM.
