Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Omni-Channel Change Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will analyze organizational processes, design systems, and deliver innovative solutions that align business needs with technology. You will act as a subject matter expert in SAP Retail, driving change initiatives and ensuring seamless integration of omni-channel strategies. This position requires independent performance, active collaboration, and a problem-solving mindset to address work-related challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis and Process Design:
Assess the organization's business model and its integration with technology to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Evaluate the current state and define the future state processes and business solutions.
Develop detailed process maps and documentation to illustrate current and future state workflows.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders across the organization.
Actively participate in team discussions, contributing insights and solutions to work-related challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of omni-channel solutions.
Solution Development and Implementation:
Design and implement SAP Retail solutions that align with omni-channel strategies and business objectives.
Ensure seamless integration of technology and processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Monitor project progress, provide updates to stakeholders, and ensure transparency and accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Research and Strategy Development:
Conduct research and synthesize information to support decision-making and strategy development.
Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
Subject Matter Expertise and Leadership:
Become a subject matter expert in SAP Retail and omni-channel strategies, providing guidance and expertise to the team.
Perform independently while driving key initiatives and delivering impactful results.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in SAP Retail and omni-channel strategy implementation.
Proven ability to analyze business processes and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in SAP Retail, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process mapping and documentation.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Certifications: SAP Retail certification is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in omni-channel strategy development and implementation.
Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in retail and omni-channel solutions.
