Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior SAP Consultant – Plant Maintenance (SAP EHS Consultant) to lead and deliver SAP EHS and Plant Maintenance projects, drive solution design, configuration, and expert guidance across business units. This role blends deep SAP expertise with strong functional understanding to optimize processes, ensure compliance, and enable continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Plant Maintenance and SAP EHS solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions and best practices.
- Develop and document functional specifications, configuration guides, and test plans.
- Perform system configuration, data migration, and integration with adjacent SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Develop and execute change management activities, including user training and support.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on regulatory compliance, environmental health and safety (EHS) processes, and maintenance management.
- Lead solution design workshops, conduct fit-gap analyses, and define project roadmaps and milestones.
- Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor system performance, conduct issue resolution, and implement continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and SAP EHS.
- Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP PM and EHS modules.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP PM, SAP EHS) are preferred.
- Proven experience leading or delivering end-to-end SAP projects in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team and manage stakeholder expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA PM and EHS functionality.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory reporting related to EHS.
- Experience with integration to SAP QM, MM, and HCM modules.
- Project management experience and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or similar tools.
