Strong experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), including Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Maintenance Notifications, Maintenance Orders, and Preventive Maintenance.
Experience in maintenance planning, work order management, scheduling, and execution.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes and asset lifecycle management.
Experience integrating SAP PM with Materials Management (MM), Finance (FI), and Project Systems (PS).
Knowledge of spare parts management, inventory planning, and maintenance procurement processes.
Experience with maintenance reporting, KPIs, and asset performance monitoring.
Exposure to predictive and preventive maintenance strategies is an advantage.
Experience working on SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Experience in end-to-end SAP PM implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects.
Hands-on experience in business process analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Experience preparing functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and end-user documentation.
Ability to analyze production and maintenance issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions.
Strong understanding of maintenance business processes and industry best practices.
