SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant

Role Overview

The SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant will be responsible for configuring and supporting SAP PM processes covering preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance. The role will support maintenance operations through effective management of functional locations, equipment, maintenance plans, and work orders, while ensuring integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes.
• Support preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance processes.
• Configure and maintain functional locations.
• Manage equipment master data and related maintenance information.
• Configure and maintain maintenance plans.
• Configure and support maintenance work orders.
• Support the complete plant maintenance lifecycle.
• Work with business teams to understand maintenance and asset management requirements.
• Support integration between SAP PM, MM, FI, and other relevant SAP modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PM functional issues.
• Support SAP PM implementation and ongoing system support activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant domain.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP PM implementation or support.
• Strong understanding of plant maintenance lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of asset management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PM configuration and support.
• Experience working with functional locations, equipment, maintenance plans, and work orders.
• Understanding of integration between SAP PM and other SAP modules, particularly MM and FI.

Preferred Certification

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Asset Management
