Job Purpose:
Support users in the selection, implementation, and support of specific SAP modules while effectively integrating SAP technology into the user's business environment in order to achieve user-expected business results
Accountabilities:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the users business functionality and overall performance,
- while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Design, configure and test in various SAP Modules: SD,and FICO to enhance processes within the organization by leveraging thecapabilities of SAP modules, leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness in business operations.
- Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the user and recommend/develop solutions to understand userscenarios, identify areas for improvement, and propose or create solutions that align with expected outcomes
- Responsible primarily for the successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to users.
- Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures to provide detailed
- knowledge of industry best practices, driving continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
- Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices to maintain high-quality deliverables and provide necessary approvals to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage or participate in SAP Business All-In-One implementations to ensure the overall quality of deliverables and provide approvals if necessary.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map user business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy users needs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the business needs and adhere to all organizational standards.
- Assign workflow (which is actually the service request or tickets) to the team members and also continuously monitor their timely closure, ensuring efficient resolution of tasks for enhanced productivity.
Academic & professional qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in SAP, PP
- SAP SD configuration experience.
- Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules
- Business knowledge and process design.
