Position Overview
Systems Arabia is seeking an experienced SAP Pre-Sales Consultant / SAP Solution Architect to support solution consulting, pre-sales activities, and business development initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, delivery, and technology teams to understand customer requirements, design SAP solutions, prepare proposals, conduct demonstrations, and support the complete sales lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will possess strong SAP solutioning expertise, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to engage with business and executive stakeholders across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand business requirements and transformation objectives.
- Lead discovery workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution assessments.
- Design and present end-to-end SAP solutions aligned with customer needs and industry best practices.
- Support sales teams with opportunity qualification, account strategy, and solution positioning.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and Statements of Work (SoW).
- Develop solution presentations, implementation approaches, effort estimates, and value propositions.
- Deliver SAP demonstrations, customer workshops, and executive presentations.
- Present solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, and business value propositions.
- Address customer queries and support stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay current with SAP innovations, market trends, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and SAP partners to support go-to-market initiatives and business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in SAP Pre-Sales, SAP Consulting, Solution Architecture, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Business Technology Platform (BTP), Fiori, Customer Experience (CX), and Integration Suite.
- Experience preparing proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and supporting enterprise sales opportunities.
- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HCM, or Sales domains.
- Proven ability to conduct customer workshops and executive-level presentations.
- Experience with solution sizing, effort estimation, and implementation planning.
- SAP certifications are preferred.
- Experience within the GCC region and Arabic language proficiency are advantageous.
- Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
